Summary:  NHL Franchise owners order these chocolate hockey pucks to serve at their team events and as gifts. It was necessary to create NHL team labels for each franchise and print the labels in-house for short runs. Available in the store during hockey season and online.

Label Graphic Design:  Adobe Illustrator.

Photography:  The three hockey pucks were photographed in studio with a blank label on each puck to prepare the picture template for label integration.

Photography Post Process:  Label integration using Adobe Photoshop Automation. An NHL team label was imported onto the hockey pucks picture. An action script was created to place and correctly size the label for each puck in perspective and mask where necessary and add appropriate shadows. The automated process can now be used for all future puck labels even custom orders not affiliated with the NHL such as minor-league hockey teams, colleges and high schools and hockey clubs. Label Printing:  Layout template made in Adobe InDesign and exported as a PDF. Labels printed in-house with an HP laser printer using stock 2.5 in. circle labels. Alternate template method is using Online Labels' Maestro Label Designer® with subscription.
