Company: Morkes Chocolates
Halloween Candy : In the candy business October is the start of the busy season and October is all about Halloween. At Morkes, chocolate is molded for just about any occasion. Orders come in from all over the country for custom molded chocolates that are perfect for someone’s special occasion. And when it’s Halloween, at Morkes Chocolates it’s time to make FRANKIE as he is known in the store. Frankenstein along with many other creative haunting treats fill the display tables during October. From colorful chocolate skulls to mummy bars and mummy lollipops the candy becomes symbols of Halloween to celebrate The Day Of The Dead in a haunting yet fun kind of way. For some reason kids like creepy stuff. Morkes will satisfy your creepy side with their Rat Pack. This chocolate rat is so creepy it garnered the attention of Martha Stewart. The Morkes chocolate rat was featured in Martha Stewart Magazine 2013 Halloween Edition . The chocolate rat is also available in The Rat Trap, it just keeps on getting creepier!
Morkes Gourmet Caramel Apples : I can’t image what Halloween would be without the caramel apple. I was introduced to the caramel apple in elementary school much like all kids I guess. I remember those days when countless boxes of caramel apples were arriving at my school. Talk about something that can cause a lack of concentration, I’m sure I didn’t learn anything on those days thinking about biting into that sweet caramel with that mix of apple tart. It’s amazing what’s import to you as a kid. Maybe someone else invented the caramel apple but Morkes Chocolates perfected it! A Morkes Caramel Apple is not just a caramel apple, it’s a gourmet caramel apple, generously covered with their amazing homemade delectable caramel. In math terms it’s exponentially better than the rest, I guess I learned something in school. A Morkes Caramel Apple comes in so many flavorful combinations it’s hard to count how many there are. I can try to describe what it’s like eating a Morkes Caramel Apple but I can sum it up better by saying the only sound that comes out of my mouth when eating a Morkes Caramel Apple is yum! If you’re one of the lucky ones to have Morkes Caramel Apples delivered to you one day, you’ll know what I’m talking about. The next best thing to eating an apple with caramel is eating just the caramel and toppings so why not enjoy the left-over caramel and roasted peanuts without the apple. It’s in the store all nicely packaged for you to take home as Morkes GLOP™, ‘It’s everything but the apple’.
Morkes Fall Candy Days : Fall candy days at Morkes Chocolates include a Halloween Candy Camp where kids and adults enjoy fun and creative candy making. For Halloween candy campers make their very own chocolate haunted house. That’s about one pound of a chocolate building. However this house is not built to last forever, your sweet appetite will tear it down quickly. Candy Camps can fill up fast so if you can't reserve your spot you can always attend a Walk In Day. Just walk in the store when a Walk In Day offered and have your own personal candy making experience. Fall candy days extend through November with a Thanksgiving Candy Camp and Walk-In day as well.
